About Jeremy Richmond

Co-founder & Head of Program

Jeremy is a registered Exercise Physiologist and has a proven track record of improving athletes performance across all sports, regardless of their ability, genetics or age. Over the last 20 years he has conducted many studies on jumping, sprinting and endurance.

He is passionate about making sports and exercise science accessible to all. Jeremy holds a MSc of Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Sydney.

Overnight Gains provides multiple online programs, developed by our Head of Program Jeremy Richmond and backed by sports science. Each program can be completed individually or together, and with multiple subscription options available at your convenience. Our programs include:

Unlike other programs out in the market our programs have been developed by our Head of Program, Jeremy Richmond who is an expert in the sports science field. Using proven techniques and methods of training which are backed by scientific research, Overnight Gains makes available sports programs to give you the competitive edge!
Supervision is not essential for completing the program. We will provide ample instruction to assist in completing the program. However a personal trainer or sports scientist can help if you want to add extra loading to your program.
Motor learning is a formal way of saying improving coordination through repetition.
No. As the program is primarily a motor learning program it requires repetition under low loading which should not interfere with any strength or conditioning program that an athlete would be undertaking.
We will show you the biomechanical technique that you need to jump higher. This should result in an instant improvement; you’ll also continue to improve over time.
You do not need gym equipment to complete the program. Most, if not all your gains do not require weights although if you want to explore the extra little bit of improvement you can use weights (or bags of sand) or resistance bands.
Our programs are delivered online and we offer different subscription options so that you can complete the program at your convenience.
The program is suitable for all ages, however it’s recommended for 13 and above to ensure the concepts in the program can be understood. It is perfectly suitable for 10 and above with parental supervision.
The science of the movement of a living body, including how muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments work together to move.
The sports programs are suitable for all types of sports. Our Programs focus on improving the basic fundamental skills such as Jumping and Running. Whether you play basketball, AFL, volleyball, soccer, gridiron or even swimming our programs will help you reach your goals, and help you beat the competition.
There are two program subscriptions available, the 1 month and 3 month option.

If you have an injury it is best to recover fully before embarking on the program, however many exercises can be performed as it focuses on motor learning. If you have an injury you can focus on the training drills which will help to engrain the biomechanical movement into your brain. For more information please contact support@overnight-gains.com.
